I am almost done the entire bag and placing another order this week.
How it works for me – I usually start loosing my energy and become emotionally drained around 2-3pm. So when i get home, close to 5pm, i have my cup of tea with the powder. It increases my concentration and I don’t loose my personality because of the exhaustion.
I am not 100% sure, if it has to do with power. But, since i began taking it, i sleep better, deeper and don’t wake up for every noise around the house or from the street.
My concentration at work is better too, going back to my studies soon, so will see how this will be handled by me now.
Forgot to mention, the flavour reminds me of baby formula. So with coffee or tea, it goes very well. Put the powder first and then poor hot water into the cup.

So, I’ve been using this brand for almost 3 months. This was also the first time I was trying this mushroom.
I only have good things to say about their product. Only a week or two after daily usage (into my morning coffee), I was definitely feeling a much sharper state of mind, with clearer thinking. I find that it attenuates ”brain fog”
On the plus side, lion’s mane is widely studied for its benefits, and Realmushrooms is selling absolute quality.

This stuff is amazing! I was about to go to the doctor to get depression medication, but decided to try this first. I was definitely skeptical that this would work, but it has!! I have been taking 1/4 teaspoon per day for about a month now. But felt results within a few days. No more waking up in a bad mood/dreading the day. I have more energy. Brain fog is less. Can’t comment on the flavour as I add it to my smoothly. It works so that’s what I focus on. Before taking Lions Mane I would often be foggy with my thoughts, especially first thing in the morning. Now I have not felt like that in over a 12 month.

The packaging is solid and professional although the resealable zipper was a bit resistant to initial use. Product colour and consistency were very good and it mixed very well into my morning bullet coffee where it imparted a nice flavour. I will definitely be ordering from these guys again.

The product looked and smelled ok the first 2 days or so then it started to stink.
I tried mixing in my coffee but it made my coffee stink so I tried mixing in Strawberry/kiwi which has a strong strawberry smell but that didn’t mask it much.
And this package @ .5 teaspoon a serving did not last 2 months @ 1 serving per day. It was gone shortly after 1 month. Sorry that I didn’t keep better track of the number of servings but definitely not 60. I will go back to Pureshrooms with instant coffee which tasted and smelled a lot better.

Product is exactly as described. The packaging is problematic in that the very fine mushroom powder clogs the zip seal and won’t properly close. I’ve resorted to using a small paint brush to clean the ziploc closure to be able to reseal the package. Hopefully longer term use will determine the products efficacy.

I enjoy lion mane in terms of flavour. The first time I had it, it calmed my anxiety. I could feel myself being very calm. I had to buy another because it works. I am on my second pack.
The only downside to it and why I am giving it four stars is because it is a tiny packet. I prefer the powder form rather than capsules, which is the same price. The pill has 120 capsules while the powder is 60g. Not fair in my books.

I have only been taking the supplement for three days now, so it is too early to see how it is working, but I do not have any adverse effects!
